So that’s a hat-trick!

We thought it was a cracking night out at the Knavesmire, big thanks to everyone who came along and to Stu for loaning us the function room.

Dram of the night went to the Spirit of Yorkshire Fino Cask #669 and we raffled a bottle of Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire 10 Year Old – which is heading to a Red Cross appeal for Ukraine run by the Knavesmire. Nat also continues a prize-per-tasting run with a Spirit of Yorkshire Pin badge.

As we mentioned last night, the Fino and the Bimber are not available anymore except though auction sites, but if you want to follow the unusual orange wine finish, the Lakes have a blend finished in orange wine casks. We’ve not tried it so if you buy, please let us know what it’s like!
